The ROTARY CLUB OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CENTERPOINT and the WARGAMES UNIFIED LIBERATION FORCE (WULF), an organization of
airsoft games enthusiasts in Cagayan de Oro City will be hosting an airsoft tournament entitled “WARRIORS: UNDER
LINE OF FIRE“ on August 15-16, 2009 (Saturday & Sunday) at the Mindanao University of Science and Technology (MUST)
school grounds, Cagayan de Oro City.
In this regard, we would like to invite your team to join in the tournament. Your team should be composed of
eighteen (18) members. Registration is EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (Php800.00) per member, and THREE HUNDRED PESOS
(Php300.00) for every ‘reserve’ player. We require 50% down payment to confirm your registration, balance can be
paid one (1) week before the tournament. We will accept only eighteen (18) teams on a ‘first-come-first-serve’
basis. We expect participants/teams coming not only from Cagayan de Oro City, but from other neighboring cities and
provinces as well.

completion of payment)
e) DVD copy (per team ) – to be distributed 2 weeks after the tournament (contains your souvenir tournament video)
f) Team Portrait (8 in. X 10 in. Group Picture)
g) Certificate of Participation

MUST school grounds, 1:00 PM
- Final Briefing – 4:00 PM
August 15, 2009 – Saturday - Registration – 7:00 AM (Tournament Area)
Details of the Program is included in your DVD copy, and a separate printout of the map and program shall be
distributed
upon full payment
August 15, 2009 – Saturday - FELLOWSHIP NIGHT
August 16, 2009 – Sunday - Tournament Continuation (2nd day)
